## Job description

### Responsibilities 【岗位职责】
- 负责大模型微调、效果调优，开发智能问答、文档生成等大模型业务解决方案，落地RAG、Agent相关技术应用；
- 开展知识库建设与数据治理工作，推进AI能力改造，实现AI技术在业务场景规模化落地；
- 跟踪多模态、多智能体协作等前沿技术，调研评估技术可行性，输出垂直业务场景创新应用方案。 【任职要求】

### 学历要求
- 硕士研究生及以上学历。

### 专业要求
- 人工智能、通信工程、软件工程、计算机科学等相关专业。

### 技能要求
- 掌握机器学习、深度学习基础理论，熟悉传统机器学习及CNN、Transformer算法；精通Python，熟练使用PyTorch/TensorFlow任一框架，掌握常用数据处理工具；熟悉数据处理、模型训练、调优与评估，了解模型轻量化部署、大模型微调、RAG等落地技术，具备AI项目开发落地能力。 Education 硕士 Job category 通信项目经理 Experience 不限 Address 北京、北京市、西城区
