## Job description

### Responsibilities 【岗位职责】
- 参与合同起草、审核、归档及用印管理，开展日常法律咨询，识别防范经营法律风险。
- 参与公司合规体系建设，落实内部合规事务，协助法律调研、材料归集等相关工作。
- 组织开展法律培训与考核，普及法律合规知识，提升全员合规意识。
- 办理工商证照办理、变更及商标专利等知识产权维护相关事务。
- 协助诉讼仲裁处理，完成其他各类法律事务支撑工作。 【任职要求】

### 一、学历要求

普通高等院校本科及以上学历，并具有相应学位。

### 二、专业要求

法学、经济法、民商法等法学相关专业。

### 三、资质要求

通过法律职业资格考试（A证）优先，具备扎实的法律专业基础。

### 四、专业能力

熟悉《民法典》《公司法》《劳动合同法》等相关法律法规，具备一定的法律文书撰写、逻辑分析和问题解决能力。

### 五、综合素质

工作认真严谨、责任心强，具备良好的沟通协调能力、团队协作意识和学习能力。

### 六、其他要求
