## Job description

### Responsibilities 【岗位职责】
- 负责制定数智化监控预警和调度方案，提升运营调度效率和响应能力；
- 负责推动服务数字化转型，围绕业务场景优化数据、流程、工具和系统应用；
- 负责客户服务与营销数据的分析及AI模型训练，提升智能化在实际业务中的应用。 【任职要求】

### 学历要求
- 普通高等院校本科及以上学历，并具有相应学位；

### 专业要求
- 计算机类、电子信息类、自动化类、能源动力类、数学类、统计学类等相关专业；

### 综合素质
