## Job description

Responsibilities 【岗位职责】 依托企业AI平台，聚焦算法研发、中台建设、工程落地与业务赋能，沉淀AI核心能力，构建标准化、可复用、可规模化的智能技术体系，赋能业务智能化升级与价值落地。

### 通用算法研发与工程落地
- 负责机器学习、深度学习算法研发落地，完成特征工程、模型调优、推理加速，搭建运维体系，实现算法全生命周期闭环管控。

### 行业大模型优化迭代
- 负责行业大模型领域适配建设，开展数据治理、数据集构建，完成模型预训练与微调评测，持续优化模型适配性、精度与落地效果。

### 数据知识中台建设
- 迭代优化智能标注平台，严控数据质量，保障优质训练数据供给；搭建行业知识库，落地知识处理与RAG能力，支撑智能交互与决策。

### 智能体平台工程建设
- 迭代智能体引擎、优化平台架构，搭建监控与安全防护体系，提升平台稳定性、扩展性与复用性，完善AI智能体技术生态。

### AI业务规模化赋能
- 挖掘业务智能化需求，依托AI中台输出标准化解决方案，推进AI场景落地迭代与规模化推广，释放AI业务价值。 【任职要求】

### 学历要求
- 硕士及以上学历；

### 专业要求
- （1）具备一定的编程能力，熟练掌握Python、Linux； （2）熟悉和实践过至少一种常用的深度学习框架或大模型技术，比如Transformer, pytorch等； （3）具备大模型应用相关项目经验，包括不限于智能体开发、模型微调、RAG、AI数据处理等实践； （4）优先有开源项目贡献经验、高水平论文发表者

### 综合素质
- （1）责任心强，善于团队协作，主动思考，自我驱动力强； （2）诚实、踏实、认真负责，能承受一定强度的工作压力； （3）具备良好的系统分析能力、抽象思维、和逻辑思维能力，能独立分析问题和解决问题； （4）具备一定的组织、学习、创新、协调和沟通能力； （5）关注行业前沿进展，对技术开发及应用有热情，有自己的想法并乐于挑战自我。 Education 硕士 Job category 通信项目经理 Experience 不限 Address 北京、北京市、大兴区
