## Job description

### Responsibilities 【岗位职责】
- 具备一定的产品思维，根据市场需求、公司发展方向和聚焦领域，负责重点市场及细分场景的行业研究与客户分析，获取市场需求，牵引产品研发工作；
- 负责产品的市场策划，推动销售人员销售自研产品；结合产品特性制定市场推广策略，提炼产品卖点，制作销售工具；
- 熟知公司所有产品的核心功能及能力，能够准确分析项目需求并进行产品能力组合；同时对1-2个行业的产品构建产品能力生态圈，形成完整的产品供给方案；
- 熟悉公司相关业务内容及规则，定期对产品进行发展数据分析、用户分析及市场洞察，及时调整产品推广策略等工作。 【任职要求】

### 学历要求
- 2027届普通高等院校硕士及以上学历；2026届未就业优秀毕业生。

### 专业要求
- 不限专业。
- 具有较强进取心、开拓意识，良好的沟通能力和较强的团队协作精神。具备较大承压能力，较强的文字功底和方案设计，具有较强的执行能力。
