## Job description

Responsibilities 【岗位职责】 1.‌售前技术支撑‌：配合客户经理进行需求调研，提供网络技术方案咨询，负责‌网络资源核查、预留及可行性评估‌，协助标书技术部分编制 2.

### 售中开通协调‌

统筹业务开通流程，协调内外部资源进行‌工程督导、设备调测与业务割接‌，确保按时交付并处理实施中的技术难题 3.

### 售后故障与运维‌

受理客户报障与咨询，进行‌故障初判、派单跟踪及升级处理‌，主导重大故障复盘，提供端到端通信保障与重保服务 【任职要求】 学历要求：本科及以上 专业要求：通信工程、计算机相关专业。

### 其它要求

熟悉网络拓扑、常见设备（路由器/交换机/光猫）原理，具备‌故障排查、资源核查及基础数据分析‌能力，较强的‌沟通协调能力‌（连接客户、销售与维护团队）、抗压能力及服务意识，能适应网络保障紧急响应机制 Education 本科 Job category 通信项目经理 Experience 不限 Address 江西省、抚州市、不限
