## Job description

### Responsibilities 【岗位职责】
- 负责岗位业务本地营销策划与管理；
- 负责本地岗位业务市场调研工作，把握市场变化趋势，制定促销策略及广告宣传的统筹制定，组织一线开展经营活动；
- 负责岗位业务推广方案制定落地执行；
- 负责制定本地岗位业务提升措施及考核办法，指导监督一线落地；
- 负责岗位业务经营数据汇总、收集、统计、分析工作。 【任职要求】

### 学历要求
- 本科及以上学历；

### 专业要求
- 经济学、数学与应用数学、信息与计算科学、统计学、市场营销、营销策划、大数据、计算机等相关专业；

### 其他要求
- 熟练使用WPS办公软件；具有较强的责任心、进取心和创新意识，具有良好的沟通能力、写作能力；身心健康、品行端正、勤奋踏实、吃苦耐劳，能承受较强的工作压力，具备良好的团队协作意识及能力 Education 本科 Job category 保险顾问 Experience 不限 Address 新疆维吾尔自治区、喀什地区、喀什市
