## Job description

### Responsibilities 【岗位职责】
- 负责服务口碑与活动运营，牵头服务活动策划及运营落地，推进服务营销一体化；
- 负责“外塑口碑 内塑文化”服务工作，统筹开展服务口碑宣传与提升活动，拓展全媒体口碑传播模式；
- 负责高品质服务协同与主动宣传、正向口碑放大与转化。 【任职要求】 1.2026届（未就业）或2027届普通高等院校本科及以上学历； 2.市场营销、应用统计学、工商管理、信息管理与信息系统、大数据管理与应用等专业； 3.对营销策划、活动组织有自己理解，具备一定云大物知识；
