## Job description

### Responsibilities 【岗位职责】
- 负责公众市场普惠算力、云桌面、轻量化云服务等产品运营管理，掌握虚拟化、算力资源池、云调度等核心技术，结合产品应用场景制定精细化运营策略，推动业务规范、高质量规模发展。
- 熟悉算力产品性能指标、资源配额、带宽参数等技术标准，完成产品技术拆解与场景化方案包装，为前端业务推广提供技术支撑、方案输出及专业答疑。
- 跟踪算力行业技术迭代、市场动态及竞品体系，通过数据分析、项目复盘，持续优化产品运营模式、推广机制及业务流程。
- 打造算力产品标杆应用场景，沉淀标准化运营模型，开展一线渠道产品实操、技术培训及业务赋能，提升市场运营与转化能力。
- 联动技术、运维团队开展产品适配调试、性能监测与故障溯源处置，收集客户技术需求，推进产品功能与性能迭代优化，落实安全合规要求，保障算力业务稳定安全运行。 【任职要求】

### 一、学历要求

本科及以上学历。

### 二、专业要求

通信、电子信息工程，计算机相关专业。

### 三、其它要求
- 有较强的文字功底及办公工具应用能力；
- 爱岗敬业、工作踏实、勤恳，有钻研精神，具有较强的组织协调能力、沟通能力、语言表达能力、问题解决能力；
