## Job description

### Responsibilities 【岗位职责】
- 负责数据网的网络割接/调整方案的制定和实施、软硬件日常维护、局数据\用户数据制作、IPTV及测速平台本地维护；
- 牵头集团客户售前方案制定的支撑，集团客户网络资源核查、调度，售中售后服务支撑；
- 负责集团客户端到端的通信保障、故障处理、网络优化与扩容及重点服务保障；
- 负责数据网通信保障应急预案的制定及组织演练；
- 负责智企工程师的管理、考核及技术支撑；
- 负责数据网的资源可视化工作；
- 负责本职工作的安全管理；
- 负责客户感知、投诉等指标管控及全量客户响应工作。 【任职要求】

### 学历要求
- 本科及以上学历，并具有相应学位

### 专业要求
- 通信类、电子信息类、计算机类等相关专业

### 专业技能
- 掌握物联网、5G技术、大数据、云计算、网络安全等技术，熟悉通信行业现状及发展趋势

### 综合素质
- 具有较强进取心、开拓意识，良好的沟通能力和较强的团队协作意识

### 其他要求
- 品行端正，勤奋踏实，具备良好的心理素质和身体素质 Education 本科 Job category 通信项目经理 Experience 不限 Address 陕西省、铜川市、耀州区
