## Job description

### Responsibilities 【岗位职责】
- 开展空天地一体关键技术研究，包括无线传输技术、组网技术、频谱共享技术、终端技术、低空产业相关前沿技术等，进行技术预研及专利布局；
- 参加国际、国内新技术标准化工作，如3GPP、ITU、CCSA等标准化组织会议，跟踪技术最新发展趋势，并输出研究成果。
- 开展6G前瞻技术、标准和方案研究及试验验证； 【任职要求】

### 学历要求
- 2027届普通高等院校博士研究生（海外院校毕业生毕业时间应不超过2年）。

### 专业范围
- 通信、电子信息、计算机等相关专业；
- 大学英语六级，具备良好的英语听说与读写能力；
- 具备较强的沟通、协调能力，逻辑思维清晰，表达能力强，具备创新精神；
- 有上进心、踏实肯干，具有较强的主动性。

### 专业技能要求（至少掌握以下一种及以上能力）
- 1）熟悉无线通信与信息技术或固网通信原理，了解5G/6G、云计算、大数据、人工智能、区块链、物联网、智能终端等领域的基础知识； 2）掌握新技术测试、验证和评估方法，了解技术、产品及业务规划及策略制定方法； 3）熟悉无线系统物理层关键技术和网络架构技术；对通信系统物理层关键技术和网络架构技术演进有深刻的理解；在学期间具有卫星互联网领域研究背景优先。 Education 博士 Job category 通信项目经理 Experience 不限 Address 北京、北京市、大兴区
