## Job description

### Responsibilities 【岗位职责】
- 负责承载传输网络设备日常维护、故障处置、隐患排查，完成传输、承载网故障闭环处理，保障网络稳定运行。
- 开展承载网络性能监测、数据采集分析，实施网络优化调整，提升网络运行质量与资源利用效率。
- 落实传输线路、承载设备巡检，梳理网络隐患，制定整治方案并组织落地实施。
- 参与网络割接、设备升级、业务开通测试，编制割接方案，管控割接风险，保障业务平稳。
- 整理运维台账、故障案例、技术文档，开展问题复盘，输出分析报告 【任职要求】

### 学历要求
- 本科及以上学历；

### 专业要求
- 通信工程、计算机科学与技术相关专业；

### 其他要求
