## Job description

### Responsibilities 【岗位职责】
- 通过大数据模型，创新形成存量运营策略模型，推进提升存量运营；
- 通过提炼渠道拓展攻坚打法，创新形成渠道建设、运营策略模型，推进融合营销服务体系建设；
- 聚焦实战复盘、场景提炼、话术优化等工作，助力实体渠道统一营销打法，提升渠道融合销售能力；
- 完成领导交办的其他营销辅助工作。 【任职要求】

### 学历要求
- 2027届本科及以上学历应届毕业生或2026届本科及以上学历未曾就业毕业生；

### 专业要求
- 电子信息类、计算机类、数学类、统计学类等相关专业；
- 熟悉销售及渠道运营，熟悉通信行业现状及发展趋势；
- 具有较强的沟通协调能力、逻辑思维能力和团队协作意识；
- 具有较强的学习能力和创新思维，责任意识，工作严谨、勤奋。 Education 本科 Job category 通信项目经理 Experience 不限 Address 江苏省、南通市、不限
