## Job description

### Responsibilities 【岗位职责】
- 负责负责法律事务管理；
- 负责合规管理；
- 参与处理公司各项法律纠纷事务、配合外聘律师做好诉讼案件处理。；
- 协助外聘律师做好对外函件起草审核、重大法律事项支撑决策。 【任职要求】

### 一、学历要求

本科及以上学历

### 二、专业要求

法律类、行政管理类专业毕业生

### 三、相关证书

英语四级及以上，计算机二级及以上

### 四、其他要求
- 熟练使用OFFICE办公软件；
- 熟悉法律领域相关知识。具有良好的抗压能力，爱岗敬业，沟通能力强，具备较强的团队协作意识；
