## Job description

Responsibilities 【岗位职责】

### 需求支持
- 协助产品经理收集、整理工业领域客户需求（如制造流程、设备管理、供应链优化等），参与需求分析与优先级排序。参与用户调研、访谈，输出需求文档（PRD）或功能原型设计草稿；

### 产品文档管理
- 维护产品功能文档、操作手册，更新版本迭代说明；

### 项目跟进与协作
- 跟踪产品开发进度，协调技术、测试、运营团队推动功能上线。参与功能测试，协助排查问题并提出优化建议；

### 数据与反馈处理
- 监控产品使用数据（如设备接入量、用户活跃度），提炼改进方向。处理用户反馈，协助优化产品体验。 【任职要求】
- 研究生及以上学历，计算机等相关专业；
- 了解工业领域基础知识（如生产流程、设备管理、工业软件），对工业互联网平台（如IoT、MES系统）有基本认知；
- 具有良好的逻辑思维和快速解决问题能力，能够在复杂的应用场景中迅速帮助客户定位问题；
- 有较强的沟通、组织、协调能力及敏锐的洞察力，学习能力强。 Education 本科 Job category 通信项目经理 Experience 不限 Address 江苏省、南京市、秦淮区
