## Job description

### Responsibilities 【岗位职责】
- 负责公司党建宣传工作计划、总结报告及有关工作文件材料的起草准备；
- 负责公司党、团重要工作、学习活动、重要会议的宣传报道，公司党建、团建宣传稿件的采集整理、初审把关、编录使用、资料归档等工作，落实公司党建宣传员队伍管理培训工作；
- 负责加强公司企业文化体系建设，落实集团企业文化发展战略及相关执行工作，组织策划企业文化活动；
- 负责建立健全公司思想政治工作制度，组织公司各单位开展思想政治工作，开展党建、团建思政及企业文化课题研究及相关评选等；
- 负责草拟文件、报告、总结、规划等综合性文字材料；
- 负责基层组织建设与管理、党员教育培训、党建人才队伍建设与管理、党员发展与党费管理。 【任职要求】
- 中共党员，政治上坚定可靠，具备良好的职业道德；

### 学历要求
- 普通高等院校本科及以上学历，并具有相应学位；

### 专业要求
- 党的建设、马克思主义、思想政治、党史、中文、新闻等相关专业；

### 综合素质
- 具有较强的写作能力、归纳总结能力、语言表达能力，熟练应用各类办公软件；

### 其他要求
- 身体健康，责任心强，工作踏实勤奋，能吃苦，执行力强，具有良好的团队合作精神。 Education 本科 Job category 党务/党群 Experience 不限 Address 北京、北京市、不限
