## Job description

Responsibilities 【岗位职责】 1、依托网络生产运营场景，负责AI技术在移动通信网络中的创新应用、算法研究，以及算法设计开发； 2、基于网络数据，进行网络运行态势分析、云网端到端问题定位研究，提出优化调整方案，服务网络质量和用户感知的持续提升，保障网络信息安全。 【任职要求】

### 学历要求
- 2027届普通高等院校硕士研究生及以上学历毕业生（海外院校毕业生毕业时间应不超过2年），博士研究生优先。

### 专业范围
- 计算机、电子、人工智能、自动化、统计（学）等相关专业。

### 专业技能
- 掌握至少一种编程语言(如Python)，并对常用的深度学习框架(如TensorFlow,PyTorch)有所了解。对算法和数据结构有深入的理解，具备扎实的编程能力，包括但不限于自然语言处理、强化学习、机器学习、大语言模型、数据挖掘等。

### 其他方面
- 具有较强的数据敏感性、创新意识及逻辑思维能力，有持续的学习态度与自我提升意愿，有良好的工作执行力、沟通及团队协作能力。有预训练以及大模型微调经验优先，有互联网大厂及运营商实习经验者优先。 Education 博士 Job category 通信项目经理 Experience 不限 Address 北京、北京市、海淀区
