## Job description

### Responsibilities 【岗位职责】
- 负责行业连接业务端到端支撑，协同客户经理走访客户，进行连接方案宣讲；
- 协助地市开展业务调测，协同省运维、网优部门以及物联网公司等进行网路排障及问题处理；
- 负责车联网连接业务端到端支撑，客户商机管理、存量业务管理、资费方案规划、业务流程开通等；
- 协同省市客户经理走访客户，对接集团穿透地市进行消费类连接产品方案宣讲；
- 全省物联网业务全流程管理，关键指标跟踪分析、相关服务流程治理、问题整改等。 【任职要求】

### 学历要求
- 2027届普通高等院校硕士及以上学历；2026届未就业优秀毕业生。

### 专业要求
- 通信工程、电子信息工程、物联网、计算机类等相关专业。
- 熟悉通信网络相关技术知识，对行业客户业务需求敏感；具备较强的学习能力，善于沟通表达与方案宣讲，具备良好的文字功底与解决方案输出能力，执行力强，能够承受一定工作压力，具备团队协作精神。
