## Job description

### Responsibilities 【岗位职责】
- 负责跟踪量子通信及PQC（后量子密码）技术及行业发展，开展量子通信方向相关技术调研与方案论证
- 负责开展量子通信、PQC等技术在电信运营商网络中的融合技术研究，包括网络融合架构设计及设备融合开发等工作。
- 承担量子通信相关国内外标准研究，参与行业标准讨论与申报。
- 撰写技术研究报告、专利申请文件及学术论文，推动技术成果转化。 【任职要求】

### 学历要求
- 2027届普通高等院校硕士研究生及以上学历毕业生（海外院校毕业生毕业时间应不超过2年），博士研究生优先。

### 专业范围
- 量子、计算机、通信、电子等相关专业

### 专业技能
- 1）对量子通信、量子密钥分发技术及量子保密通信网络架构等具有较深入的研究经验。 2）对后量子密码（PQC)技术原理、发展及标准化情况具有一定了解。 3）具有较强的创新能力以及理论与实际相结合能力，并具有一定的组织协调能力。 4） 具备团队合作精神，能够积极主动地与其他研究人员合作，能够与跨学科团队紧密合作，推动项目进展。 5）责任心强，工作积极主动，服从工作安排 Education 博士 Job category 通信项目经理 Experience 不限 Address 北京、北京市、海淀区
