## Job description

### Responsibilities 【岗位职责】
- 负责制定并落地专业网络整体规划，组织网络维护及持续优化，确保网络性能、容量与质量达标，满足政企及公众客户需求。
- 牵头大面积用户投诉、片区掉话等重大网络故障的盯防、分析与处置；负责网络侧资源、资产的全生命周期管理，提升网络资产使用效率与安全性。
- 主导片区内政企项目售前、售中技术支持，组织需求评估、方案制定及项目实施；负责项目暂估、送审、转固、决算全过程管理，确保项目按期、高质量交付。
- 牵头政企项目收尾工作，组织接入集客专业的后评价管理；负责全市集客项目转资、入账及关闭，总结优化经验，持续提升交付效能与客户满意度。 【任职要求】

### 学历要求
- 2026届未就业、2027届普通高等院校本科及以上学历；

### 专业要求
- 计算机、通信、电子信息、自动化等相关专业；

### 专业技能
- 专业理论知识扎实，能熟练使用常用办公软件；

### 综合素质
- 责任心强，学习能力强，执行能力强，具备较强的团队协作能力和创新能力。

### 其他要求
