## Job description

### Responsibilities 【岗位职责】
- 负责TOG集客业务故障响应及业务开通，管控TOG客户故障率、故障历时和开通等指标
- 负责政企客户网络投诉及解决，负责政企客户隐患治理及满意度提升
- 负责区域政企售后支撑工作，管控政企售后相关指标
- 负责三车一极光装维支撑工作，管控三车一极光装维相关指标
- 负责政企CPE及楼宇等客户侧资源准确性核查，实现商务楼宇资源可视化 【任职要求】

### 学历要求
- 本科及以上学历应届大学毕业生，并具有相应学位；

### 专业要求
- 计算机科学与技术、信息技术、通信工程、软件工程等相关专业。

### 综合素质
- 具备出色的跨部门协同与客户沟通能力，能够高效联动销售、实施、采购及客户各方资源，推动问题闭环。

### 技术能力
- 熟悉算力业务、系统集成及自研产品交付，具备较强的技术方案落地能力与交付风险预判能力。 Education 本科 Job category 通信项目经理 Experience 不限 Address 广东省、揭阳市、榕城区
