## Job description

Responsibilities 【岗位职责】

### 业绩指标达成
- 承担个人年度经营收入指标，全面负责市场商机挖掘、跟进洽谈、落地转化的全流程闭环管理，保障各项业绩目标顺利达成。

### 业务经办管理
- 负责客户新签、续签业务合同的对接办理，统筹业务系统录入、受理、报备等全流程基础经办工作，确保业务办理规范高效。

### 经营账款管控
- 负责名单制合作客户的账务报账、应收账款跟进催收、信用风险管控等工作，规范账务流程，严控账款及信控风险。

### 安全合规管理
- 落实名单制客户反诈防控、网络信息安全、涉密合规等常态化管理工作，严守行业安全合规底线，杜绝违规风险事件。

### 客户服务保障
- 负责名单制客户的日常对接、客户维系、需求响应及专属服务保障，及时解决客户业务问题，提升客户粘性与满意度。

### 其他专项工作
- 完成上级领导临时交办的各项专项工作及辅助任务。

### 资质能力要求
- 需取得集团统一认证的政企科创能力认证-要客经理专项资质认证，为岗位履职必备条件。

### 业绩达产要求
- 根据区公司统一要求，认领相应业绩考核要求完成业绩考核，对应相应岗位。 【任职要求】

### 学历要求
- 本科及以上学历。

### 专业要求
- 通信类、计算机类、网络与安全类、数据智能类；具体包括：通信工程、电子信息工程、计算机科学与技术、软件工程、网络工程、信息安全、数据科学与大数据技术、自动化、数学与应用数学。
- 技能要求:具有一定的分析、沟通协调能力;
