## Job description

### Responsibilities 【岗位职责】
- 维护辖区合作渠道网点，定期巡查门店，维系合作关系，优化网点布局，督促合规经营。
- 分解落实各项业务指标，跟进渠道业绩进度，督导薄弱门店，保障任务达标。
- 宣讲营销、资费政策，开展店员培训，提升一线销售与服务能力。
- 落地门店各类促销活动，组织推广拓客，提升渠道业务产能。
- 收集渠道诉求与经营难题，对接各部门协调解决，做好全流程支撑保障。 【任职要求】

### 学历要求
- 本科及以上学历；

### 专业要求
- 市场营销、通信工程、电子信息工程、计算机等相关专业；

### 其他要求
- 熟练使用WPS办公软件；具有较强的责任心、进取心和创新意识，具有良好的沟通能力、写作能力、身心健康、品行端正、勤奋踏实、吃苦耐劳，能承受较强的工作压力，具备良好的团队协作意识及能力。 Education 本科 Job category 渠道销售 Experience 不限 Address 新疆维吾尔自治区、和田地区、和田市
