## Job description

Responsibilities 【岗位职责】

### 负责项目研发工作，负责以下内容中一项或多项研究
- TCP/IP网络协议，以太网协议，人工智能和数通网络融合协议，如智能体互联协议、数据中心网络协议、IPv6演进协议等。移动通信理论与算法，5G网络解决方案、6G前沿技术等，网络操作系统、可编程芯片、云原生平台的设计与研发、系统软件开发等；
- 除负责项目研发外，撰写相关的技术文档和发明专利，并协助申请国家级重大科研项目；
- 与国际TOP运营商、设备商、云商、人工智能厂商和其他合作伙伴研讨新需求和创新运营模式，推出创新的技术方案，参与生态合作；
- 代表公司参加ITU/3GPP/IETF/CCSA等国际国内标准和OpenInfra，Linux Foundation等开源组织工作； 【任职要求】

### 学历要求
- 2027届普通高等院校硕士研究生及以上学历毕业生（海外院校毕业生毕业时间应不超过2年），博士研究生优先。

### 专业范围
- 通信、计算机、人工智能、自动化、软件工程相关专业

### 具有较为扎实的网络理论基础知识，至少具备以下一项专业知识能力
- 掌握移动网络、IP网络、行业专用网络基本原理；了解SDN/NFV、云原生、微服务等相关ICT技术；熟悉5G/6G、云网融合、算力网络等未来网络架构；掌握Python、Java、Javascript等开发工具；
- 具备良好的英语听说与读写能力；
- 良好的学习能力、敬业精神及团队合作精神，具有高度责任心，能够承受具挑战力的高强度工作； Education 博士 Job category 通信项目经理 Experience 不限 Address 北京、北京市、海淀区
