## Job description

### Responsibilities 【岗位职责】
- 协助制定人力资源发展规划，开展人员及人才队伍盘点与结构优化；
- 协助完善岗位制度与岗位体系，跟进岗位动态调整、员工晋升及梯队优化工作；
- 协助开展薪酬核算、绩效考核、数据分析及人力资源管理系统建设与数据维护工作；
- 协助制定培训计划，落地培训实施；
- 协助办理全流程人事手续。 【任职要求】

### 政治面貌
- 中共党员；

### 学历要求
- 普通高等院校本科及以上学历，并具有相应学位；

### 专业要求
- 人力资源管理相关专业；

### 综合素质
- 具备较强的逻辑思维、沟通协调、计划执行、学习创新、文字表达能力，有较强的责任心、全局观念和服务意识；

### 其他要求
- 身体健康，品行端正，勤奋踏实，具备良好的心理素质和身体素质，能够适应较高强度工作节奏，具备一定抗压能力。 Education 本科 Job category 通信项目经理 Experience 不限 Address 北京、北京市、不限
