## Job description

### Responsibilities 【岗位职责】
- 负责公司数字化转型相关工作的对接和实施，参与公司数字化发展相关事务；
- 配合销售部门数字化业务需求解决方案的制定和跟进，提供技术支持，推动销售工作完成；
- 负责数字化项目需求的搜集、整理、分析，搭建数据分析框架，运用相关工具和方法进行数据挖掘，为业务决策提供有力支持。
- 协助各部门开展数字化转型培训和推广，提高员工数字化素养； 【任职要求】

### 学历要求
- 本科及以上学历

### 专业要求
- 计算机、自动化、人工智能相关专业

### 技能要求
- 具备较强的数字化软硬件实操技能；

### 其他要求
