## Job description

### Responsibilities 【岗位职责】
- 负责各类合同、规章制度、重大决策法律审核，确保合法有效，避免法律风险；
- 牵头开展公司合规管理工作，为公司各部门提供日常法律支持；
- 落实公司诉讼案件的全流程管理，落实上级单位法律诉讼纠纷工作规范和要求，做好涉诉案件处置；做好诉讼案件有效执行和整改问责等工作；
- 落实公司法治宣传教育，各项专项普法活动以及年度学法任务、普法任务；
- 承担其他各项法治工作及领导交办的工作。 【任职要求】

### 学历要求
- 2027届本科及以上学历应届毕业生或2026届本科及以上学历未曾就业毕业生；

### 专业要求
- 法学相关专业，通过国家司法考试优先；
- 熟悉民法典、公司法、知识产权法、劳动法及通信行业相关法律法规，具备处理纠纷案件的基本专业技能；
- 具有较强的沟通协调能力、逻辑思维能力和写作能力；
- 具有较强的学习能力、创新思维和责任意识，工作严谨、勤奋。 Education 本科 Job category 通信项目经理 Experience 不限 Address 江苏省、泰州市、海陵区
