## Job description

### Responsibilities 【岗位职责】
- 负责服务质量管理与监督。负责本地化落实服务质量体系、标准与考核，组织监测、整改及风险防控，管理盟市行风建设工作。
- 负责客户感知与体验优化。负责客户满意度测评体系的运营与数据分析，挖掘体验问题，推动核心问题解决，并执行用户维系与贬损修复。
- 负责服务品牌建设与推广。负责制定服务品牌宣传策略，通过自媒运营和外宣发声进行品牌传播和口碑运营。
- 负责承接并完成区公司及本盟市其他客户服务任务。 【任职要求】 1.

### 学历要求

2027应届、2026届普通高等院校大学本科及以上学历，学士及以上学位 2.

### 专业要求

计算机类、电子信息类、自动化类、能源动力类、数学类、统计学类、电气类、机械类、仪器类、交叉学科类等与职位相关专业 Education 本科 Job category 通信项目经理 Experience 不限 Address 内蒙古自治区、阿拉善盟、阿拉善左旗
