## Job description

### Responsibilities 【岗位职责】
- 统筹组织所辖智家队伍的标准化能力体系建设，包括技能力管理、培训体系、认证体系；
- 建立并推行覆盖销售全过程的效能评价标准与激励机制，通过数据分析驱动队伍结构与销售动作的持续优化；
- 负责智家培训基地的日常运营，对接学校方工作。
- 负责家庭市场等重点细分市场的创新运营模式探索与标杆打造，提升市场占有率。 【任职要求】

### 学历要求
- 本科及以上学历；

### 专业要求
- 计算机类、电气、通信、自动化等工程类相关专业优先；

### 其他要求
- （1）学习能力强，富有责任心与进取心，愿意接受业务历练，能够适应一定工作压力； （2）具备良好沟通表达、组织协调能力，能够对接内外部多方主体，协同推进项目落地； （3）具备基础数据分析思维，会使用 Excel 等数据处理工具，能够独立开展数据整理、分析工作，善于通过数据发现问题； （4）逻辑清晰、做事细致严谨，目标意识强，愿意学习队伍管理、体系搭建、业务运营相关工作； （5）对智慧家庭、全屋智能业务抱有浓厚兴趣，在校期间拥有社团管理、项目策划、社会实践经历者优先考虑。" Education 本科 Job category 通信项目经理 Experience 不限 Address 浙江省、台州市、椒江区
