## Job description

### Responsibilities 【岗位职责】
- 负责制定完善财务制度、财务流程、财务规范等；
- 负责日常核算、资金及税务的业务审核管理工作；
- 负责成本费用的管控工作；
- 负责对业务发展及公司重要事项分析和提供财务方面的决策和支持；
- 负责参与财务风险评估、指导、跟踪和支持。 【任职要求】

### 学历要求
- 普通高等院校本科及以上学历，并具有相应学位；

### 专业要求
- 财务类、统计学等相关专业。

### 综合素质
- （1）具有良好的专业知识基础； （2）具有较强的目标感和自驱力，责任心强、执行力强； （3）具有较强的客户思维，沟通表达能力良好、承压抗压能力强、团队协作意识强； （4）专业基础扎实、有学干经历、青创社经历、较为丰富社会实践和项目课题经验的将优先考虑。

### 其他要求
