## Job description

### Responsibilities 【岗位职责】
- 负责无线网络（4G/5G）的日常维护和优化，参与无线网络规划与建设支持，负责无线通信质量的监测和管理；
- 负责无线网络性能（如MR、CDT、话统数据等）管理，识别网络瓶颈，提出硬件调整、参数优化或技术升级建议，支撑网络持续迭代；
- 负责无线网络投诉的处理，牵头移动网客户满意度提升，组织移动网端到端性能优化；
- 跟踪无线网络新技术趋势，研究新型优化工具或算法，组织推广人工智能在无线维护和优化中的应用。 【任职要求】

### 学历要求
- 2027届本科及以上学历应届毕业生或2026届本科及以上学历未曾就业毕业生；

### 专业要求
- 电子信息类、计算机类、能源动力类、自动化类等相关专业；
- 掌握无线网络基本原理，熟悉4G/5G网络架构及关键技术（OFDM、MIMO、Massive MIMO、波束赋形等），了解无线空口协议，有网优项目实习或实践经验者优先；
- 具备数据分析能力，能使用Python、MATLAB等工具进行数据处理或脚本开发优先。 Education 本科 Job category 通信项目经理 Experience 不限 Address 江苏省、南京市、鼓楼区
