## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责机房内各专业设备现场维护作业
- 负责现场维护范围内的资源数据维护、割接与优化管理
- 负责组织处理现场维护通信故障
- 负责现场维护范畴的现场查勘、隐患排查整治和故障处理
- 配合进行综维设备现场侧的测试以及故障处理、开通、验收

### 负责用户投诉的现场处理 Requirements
- 了解通信网络基本原理，对通信设备、宽带网络、5G等技术有基本认知。
- 具备一定的动手实践能力和学习能力，能快速掌握设备维护、故障排查等技能。
- 责任心强、吃苦耐劳，能适应高原偏远地区户外作业和应急值守。
- 具备良好的沟通能力和客户服务意识。
