## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责政企视频运维平台的基线版本功能设计、开发，构建全链路排障诊断模型，满足场景化自动监控-告警-诊断-处置全流程闭环能力；
- 负责国际视频运维平台国际化适配功能开发，满足国际平台组件管理要求；
- 负责视频运维平台二开的运维能力与数据接口的解耦、开发，完善二开体系整体功能架构及具体实施方案；
- 负责视频运维平台AI Agent原生应用设计、开发，形成可配置、智能、远程可控的运维助手工具；
- 负责视频运维平台技术文档编写，提供技术方案培训、技术支持。

### Requirements
- 熟练掌握JAVA、VUE等前后端编程技能，熟悉Spring、Spring Boot、MyBatis等主流开发框架，具备平台-网络-终端多维复合场景全链路开发能力优先；
- 熟悉AI编程模式，掌握基于AI工具编程能力，具备AI全栈开发能力者优先；
- 熟悉基础机器学习或深度学习算法，能够从异常事件中挖掘出事件的关联性和因果关系，具备大模型调优、agent工具开发能力者优先；
- 熟悉数据库、消息队列、缓存、网络等基础原理，具备良好的数据库设计和优化能力，熟悉Linux操作系统，掌握常用命令和脚本编写。
