## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责物流项目日常运营管理，制定物流作业计划，统筹调度人力、运力、仓储资源，保障物流业务安全、有序运转；
- 梳理各物流环节作业流程，对现有物流网络运营进行优化，持续优化订单、仓储、配送等作业流程，开展废旧物资的一体化处置等工作，提升物流运营效率、降低物流运营成本；
- 负责项目团队日常管理，提升团队整体作业能力与服务质量；统计运营数据，为运营决策、流程优化、方案制定提供支撑。

### Requirements

1.本科及以上学历; 2.物流工程、工业工程、管理科学、交通管理、交通运输、大数据管理与应用、人工智能、计算机科学与技术、供应链管理等相关专业优先考虑。
