## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 根据公司销售目标，分解任务，进行客户开拓，组建并带领销售团队完成月度销售目标并保持业务持续增长率；
- 负责具体的销售工作，包括于客户的沟通交流、业务模型设计、合同签订、业务拓展、项目交付等；
- 负责对团队人员进行培训、流程指导、考核提升等工作。

### Requirements
- 有良好的行为品德，为人诚恳，工作踏实；
- 能熟练操作办公软件；
- 具有较强的文字表达能力，思路清晰，逻辑思维能力强；
- 有较强的事业心、进取心、良好的服务意识、沟通能力和团队合作精神；
- 具有独立制定销售工作计划的水平和实施经验，并具备执行能力完成销售目标。
