## Job description

### 合同挂起率
- 调度政企、商客等部门，双线合同解析挂起逐一指导客户经理处理。

### MB贯通
- 调度政企部/云中台及各区县接口接入号关联合同号、项目号，全年达标。

### 收支配比
- 前后向收支配比列账调度、预算调整，串网调账，原子能力成本调账，年内滞后成本2月内列支，年末滞后成本不跨期。

### 负毛利项目管控
- 成本型项目不允许出现负毛利，投资型项目严格管控时间性负毛利，确保全年负毛利项目清零。

### 流程审核
- 概算、合同、立项、收入收款计划调整、项目变更等流程合规审核。

### ICT成本、资本性支出与项目关联准确率
- 协同云网部/云中台确保全年100%关联。

### 项目效益评审
- 投前效益评审，对项目商务模式、项目支出、毛利达标、项目垫资等进行审核。

### Requirements
- 严谨细致，责任心和执行力强；
- 有良好的团队合作意识和支撑服务意识；
- 具备良好的沟通能力和协调能力；
- 专业对口，成绩优良。
