## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 对接客户 IT、业务部门，把客户模糊的 AI 诉求（如智能合同审核、知识库问答、流程自动化）拆解为可落地技术需求，输出业务调研报告、落地可行性方案，定义项目量化验收指标。
- 使用 Python 等编写胶水代码，搭建 RAG 知识库、Agent 智能体工作流，完成公司基础大模型与客户内部 OA、ERP、数据库、文件系统的接口打通；快速搭建最小可用 Demo 验证方案有效性。
- 负责 AI 系统在内网、涉密环境的私有化部署、容器化打包、权限配置、安全加固，完成压力测试、模型幻觉校验、数据脱敏处理，组织客户内部验收培训，交付完整使用手册与运维文档。
- 上线后持续排查系统报错、响应业务迭代需求，优化模型调用成本、响应速度与准确率；建立 AI 应用效果监控台账，定期输出落地价值复盘报告。
- 汇总一线客户痛点、系统 Bug、行业共性需求，标准化反馈给后端算法、产品研发团队，参与公司大模型产品迭代、交付工具库、行业模板沉淀。

### Requirements

2027年毕业的国内普通高等院校本科及以上学历、学士及以上学位的应届毕业生，英语国家四级425分及以上、托福不低于75分或雅思不低于5.5分。
