## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 基于大语言模型（LLM）设计并开发智能体（AI Agent）应用，实现多步骤任务规划、工具调用、自主决策等核心能力。
- 构建RAG（检索增强生成）系统，包括文档解析、分块、向量化、检索与重排序，提升业务知识问答的准确性与时效性。
- 调优Prompt Engineering策略，通过结构化提示、思维链（CoT）、Few-shot等技术持续提升模型输出质量。
- 开发多模态交互能力（文本/图片/音频/视频），结合视觉模型、语音模型等实现多模态智能应用。

### 编程基础
- 精通Python等至少一门编程语言，具备扎实的软件工程基本功（代码规范、版本管理、单元测试、CI/CD）。

### AI框架经验
- 熟练使用至少一种主流LLM开发框架（LangChain / LlamaIndex / CrewAI / AutoGen 等），有实际项目经验。

### 模型应用能力
- 理解大语言模型原理，有Prompt Engineering、RAG系统构建、AI Agent开发等实践经验，了解常见模型调优方法。

### 学习能力
- 对AI技术发展有强烈热情，能快速学习新框架、新模型、新论文，具备自驱式技术探索能力。

### 沟通协作
- 良好的逻辑思维与表达能力，能够跨团队高效协作，主动拉齐业务方与技术团队的认知差距。
