## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 承担思政课堂教学，参与课程建设、集体备课、教改科研课题申报；
- 参与大思政课建设和大思政协同育人，承担学科竞赛、社会实践、社团指导等工作；
- 发挥学科专业优势，积极参与社会服务；
- 完成学院交办的其他各项工作任务。

### Requirements
- 拥护党的领导，遵纪守法，品行端正，热爱教师工作，具备良好职业道德与团队协作意识，能够承受相应工作压力；
- 普通高等院校硕士及以上学历；
- 本硕均为马克思主义理论、政治学、哲学等相关专业；
- 具备较好的理论功底、课堂授课能力、学科带头潜质，师范教育背景优先。
