## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责公司呼叫中心、BPO行业市场拓展，根据公司年度经营目标制定年度销售工作计划，完成业务拓展及相应绩效。
- 积极拓展公司呼叫中心业务市场，引入新客户和新项目，同时做好老客户维系及需求挖掘。
- 协助业务经理进行项目整体谈判和运作，和公司各部门协作，制定客户所需解决方案。
- 完成领导交办的临时性任务。

### Requirements
- 熟悉了解呼叫中心、ICT系统集成等电信增值业务营销的特点和发展趋势。
- 具有较强的沟通能力、业务拓展和策划分析能力，具有独立挖掘客户能力及较强的客户谈判能力。
- 有呼叫中心销售经验、通信工作经验优先考虑。
- 熟悉市场的营销模式，发展趋势和客户需求。
- 熟练掌握OFFICE办公软件。
- 性格开朗大方，工作责任心强，具有亲和力，有良好的服务意识。
