## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责干线光缆线路的运行质量管控，分解并落实维护考核指标，定期开展检查、考核，确保线路稳定运行；
- 负责光缆重大故障处理及割接管理，优化抢修流程，提升障碍响应速度，保障通信网络安全；
- 负责光缆线路外力施工点防障管理，组织护线宣传、线路巡检及智慧光网运营优化，提升线路防障能力。

### Requirements

1. 2026、2027年毕业未落实工作的国内普通高等院校本科及以上学历、学士及以上学位的毕业生； 2. 具备较强的数据分析、问题解决能力，能适应省内出差及应急抢修工作； 3. 良好的沟通协调能力，团队合作意识强，责任心强，能承受一定工作压力；
- 英语国家四级425分及以上或托福不低于75分或雅思不低于5.5分；
- 身体健康。
