## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责AI业务运营，开展AI智能体、AI外呼、智能客服等系统的运营，开展AI应用与客户现有系统深度集成、项目定制化运营、业务场景二次开发运营，开展运营内容设计、业务场景中落地应用，监控AI服务运行状态，及时发现并处理异常问题，保障AI服务稳定性。
- 负责AI系统支撑，监控AI服务运行状态，及时发现并处理异常问题，保障AI服务稳定性，开展AI运营数据监控分析和系统支撑。
- 负责AI相关跨部门协作与需求对接，进行与政企、市场、客服等业务部门对接，梳理AI应用需求，与技术团队协作，推动AI平台功能迭代和工具落地，编写运营手册、操作指南和技术文档，提供AI能力支撑。
- 负责AI合规管理与风控，确保AI运营内容合规，建立AI运营规范和标准流程，配合安全部门开展AI安全评估。

### Requirements

1.具有较强的文字表达能力、人际交往能力、创新能力、策划能力及解决问题能力。 2.具备独立分析和解决问题的能力，良好的英文阅读能力，优秀的沟通和团队合作能力，较强的进取心和事业心。
