## Job description

### 底层设施建设
- 参与云原生底层基础设施的研发工作，协助团队进行容器集群（Kubernetes）的日常部署、运维与性能监控。

### 工具与调度开发
- 参与开发自动化调度工具、资源编排模块以及日常自动化运维脚本（Shell/Go/Python 等），提升系统整体运行效率。

### 前沿技术探索
- 学习并跟踪云原生前沿技术发展，协助团队探索多云或混合云环境下的技术解决方案与故障自愈方案。

### Requirements
- 计算机科学、软件工程等相关专业优先。

### 综合基础
- 计算机专业基础扎实，深入理解 Linux 操作系统原理（如进程 /线程调度、内存管理等）及计算机网络核心协议（TCP/IP、HTTP 等）。

### 编程语言
- 熟悉 Go、Python 或 Java 中至少一门编程语言，熟悉常见的设计模式，具备良好的系统级编程思维。

### 云原生认知
- 了解云计算与微服务架构基础概念，熟悉 Docker 容器的原理与日常操作，对 Kubernetes（K8s）的核心架构和基础组件有初步了解。

### 综合素质
- 具备较强的技术钻研能力和故障排查意识，能独立查阅英文技术文档，沟通表达清晰。

### 加分项

1.熟悉 Linux 系统调优或网络虚拟化技术，有相关底层开发经验者优先。 2.接触过Kubernetes扩展开发（如 CRD/Operator),或有Prometheus/Grafana 监控体系搭建经验者优先。 3.在校期间有云原生或后端基础架构相关的实习经历，或参与过 CNCF 基金会相关开源项目者优先。 4.对 AI 等前沿技术保持好奇心，能熟练运用各类 AI 辅助工具提升研发效率；若在校期间参与过 AI 结合云原生（如 AI 算力调度、AI Agent 部署等）相关课题者优先.
