## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 熟悉业务，涵盖云网基础设施、数据中心、算力网络、物联网底座、智能化通信系统等相关建设内容，了解行业技术标准、建设规范及主流解决方案。
- 具备优秀的售前方案能力，能够独立完成项目需求调研、技术对接、方案设计、可研编制、投标文件技术部分撰写、报价测算等相关工作。
- 掌握ICT、物联网、计算机网络相关专业知识，熟悉交换机、服务器、通信传输、智能感知设备等基础软硬件特性，可精准匹配项目需求输出合规、落地性强的技术方案。
- 具备良好的沟通表达、逻辑思维及统筹梳理能力，能够高效对接客户、施工、技术团队，精准拆解客户需求，协调解决售前阶段各类技术问题。
- 工作严谨负责、抗压能力强，具备招投标项目跟进经验者优先，有数字基建、智慧城市、通信集成类项目方案经验者优先。
