## Job description

### Responsibilities

负责培训类产品的市场化包装、渠道拓展与客户获取，以项目管理方式统筹营销资源的落地与交付。

### 市场拓展与客户获取
- 主动开拓目标市场与渠道，挖掘并触达潜在客户，建立商业合作机会。

### 需求剥离与产品定义
- 从客户沟通中精准剥离真实痛点，转化为可落地的培训产品方案与商业模式。

### 项目统筹与交付把控
- 以项目管理思维统筹内外部资源，把控产品开发与交付进度，确保按时保质履约。

### 营销推广与迭代复盘
- 产品市场化包装与销售赋能，跟踪转化数据并反向驱动产品迭代与业务增长。

### Requirements
- 硕士研究生及以上学历,性格开朗，具有良好的文字功底、组织能力、协调能力和沟通能力。有良好的服务意识。
- 心理素质过硬，能吃苦耐劳，无不良生活嗜好，能够在业务高峰时期适应对应的工作强度
- 具备教育培训行业及信息通信行业工作经历、经验者优先
- 能适应长期、高频度出差，入职前两年在北京（客户公司总部）进行驻点支撑工作
