## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责互联网产品日常运营工作，开展用户调研，梳理用户需求，制定用户增长、留存及活跃运营策略并落地执行；承接上级公司的政策落地，以及协调分公司接应推广；
- 负责互联网产品业务的售前、售中、售后的接应和跟踪；
- 负责互联网产品相关业务的整体方案制作；
- 负责互联网产品的市场业务拓展。

### Requirements
- 熟悉互联网产品运营模式，掌握基础数据分析方法，能够独立完成活动策划；熟练使用办公软件，会使用常见运营工具。
- 工作细心有执行力，具备目标意识，能承受一定工作压力，拥有较强学习能力。
- 认同中国电信企业文化，具备积极的工作态度和良好的团队精神。
