## Job description

### Responsibilities

1.聚焦无线通信与人工智能融合、通感一体领域，开展5G-A/6G及前沿关键技术与算法研究、系统方案设计以及原型试验与现网验证，输出高水平论文； 2.承担面向6G的国际和国内标准推进工作；持续跟踪GSMA/ITU/3GPP/IMT-2030/CCSA国内外技术、产业及标准动态，深入分析关键问题，输出相关文稿与专利。

### Requirements
- 通信工程、电子信息、人工智能、计算机科学与技术等相关专业，博士研究生及以上学历；
- 具有扎实的移动通信基础，熟悉无线接入网关键技术，具有通感智算融合领域技术研究和开发经验者优先；
- 熟悉人工智能与通信融合领域常见AI/ML模型与算法设计，包括Transformer架构、CNN轻量级模型设计、强化学习、智能体通信等；
- 熟练使用Python/C/C++/matlab等编程语言中的一种或多种，具备独立完成数据分析处理或者完成原型/外场/现网的关键技术测试与试验验证经验者优先；
- 曾发表高水EI/SCI检索论文或有专利申请经验；
- 有良好的英文阅读和写作能力、英语口语交流能力，英语CET6以上；
- 具有较强的独立思考、自主学习能力，愿意应对新技术的挑战；具有较强的工作责任心、沟通能力和团队协作精神。
