## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 与业务部门沟通数据建模分析需求，并进行方案设计和交流；
- 根据业务需求对数据进行清洗、处理，建模并设计算法；
- 维护已有模型算法，跟踪算法执行效果，持续优化与迭代；
- 运用数据挖掘方法解决实际问题，提供特定业务场景下的模型构建及优化；
- 为业务部门提供数据分析报告与数据服务支持；
- 协助完成技术创新和成果应用。

### Requirements
- 熟练掌握Python、MATLAB等至少一种编程语言；
- 熟练掌握常用的机器学习算法，如聚类、逻辑回归、贝叶斯、决策树、虚拟向量机、神经网络中至少3种；
- 熟练掌握SQL常用查询规范与技巧，具有Hive、Spark、HBase等使用经验；
- 有一年以上数据挖掘、数据建模项目实习经验者优先；
- 具有良好的职业操守、高度的责任感和团队合作精神
- 具备良好的沟通、协调能力和书面表达能力
- 具备较强的学习能力，分析、判断和概括能力和逻辑思维能力。
