## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 熟悉冷库/冷链/大型机房/公共建筑/民用建筑/工业建筑等类型项目暖通设计、施工、调试及运行管理全过程，能够独立完成暖通工程监理工作；
- 熟悉暖通工程施工工艺、施工流程及相关验收规范。
- 能够对暖通设备安装、调试、测试进行监督并记录，及时发现并处理施工过程中的问题.
- 编制监理资料，参与竣工验收及保修阶段监理工作。
- 具有强烈的责任心和敬业精神，对暖通工程的质量、进度、安全、成本等负责。
- 具备良好的沟通协调能力，能够与业主、施工单位、设计单位等各方进行有效的沟通和协调。
- 具备团队合作精神，能够与监理团队和其他专业人员紧密配合，共同完成监理任务。

### Requirements
- 有良好的行为品德，为人诚恳，工作踏实。
- 能熟练操作办公软件；
- 具有较强的文字表达能力，思路清晰，逻辑思维能力强；
- 具有良好的沟通能力及团队合作精神；
