## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责本地网络规划、日常维护、专项网络优化的组织实施及技术支撑，对打造精品网络提供技术保障；
- 负责建设规划方案审核及工程建设配合；
- 聚焦全区政企客户，负责售前技术支撑、信息化项目推进、ICT攻坚；
- 负责网络工单化管控、技术支撑等事宜；
- 负责网络维护、优化队伍的赋能培训及专业技能提升；
- 及时响应应急通信保障需求，配合分公司完成应急设备开通、设备运行及网络性保障；
- 延伸网络、拓展网络应用，负责网络技术及提质方案输出，跟进方案进度及应用开发的全程孵化。

### Requirements
- 熟悉理解网络TCP/IP原理；
- 熟悉常用网络设备，对主流交换机配置有实际操作经验；
- 对无线网络有比较清晰的认识和理解，了解网络规划、优化、维护、建设等基础知识；

### 了解以下专业基本原理并精通其中2-3项
- CDMA、VoLTE、LTE、NB-IOT、5G；
- 熟悉无线基站的组成、各部件运行原理及作用；
- 了解SDN基础原理，了解VXLAN、OpenFlow、Open vSwitch等；
- 对云计算、大数据、人工智能、网络安全等至少一个主流技术领域有基础知识；
- 熟悉至少一种脚本语言（如Python/Perl/Bash），有软件开发经验者优先。
